Lend your expertise to the field

PRISM runs on volunteers. Whether you want to contribute to a working group, review draft guidance, or simply observe, there's a way in — and you always participate as an individual.

Ways to take part

Technical Contributor

Help draft test protocols, templates, discussion papers and consensus notes within a working group.

Reviewer

Review draft publications for technical soundness, clarity and neutrality before they're approved.

Industry Sponsor Contact

An individual point of contact who coordinates an organization's non-cash support — loaned equipment, lab access, calibration or publication help.

All support is disclosed, and never gives the sponsor editorial control over PRISM's conclusions. PRISM holds no funds.

Membership is open to individuals with relevant interest or expertise. Membership does not imply endorsement by any employer, institution, sponsor, or manufacturer.

Calibration practice, uncertainty budgeting and data quality.

Publication & peer review

How PRISM drafts, reviews and publishes non-binding guidance.

Offer support

PRISM accepts non-cash support only. We don't hold funds, own assets, employ staff, or enter contracts. Support is disclosed openly and never buys editorial control over our conclusions.

  • Loaned or sponsored test equipment
  • Laboratory access
  • Engineering or data-analysis assistance
  • Calibration or test-setup support
  • Website, design, or publication support
  • Volunteer time and expertise
How support is handled. All sponsor support is disclosed on the relevant work. Sponsors do not gain editorial control, and nothing PRISM publishes constitutes endorsement of a sponsor's products.
